Format tych danych a konkretnie tego pliku wynika z tego, że jest to plik JAVA ( JavaScript Object Notation) wynika to tylko z tego że kodowanie PHP tego wymaga. Możesz poczytać o tym tu http://bukox.pl/javascript/format-wymiany-danych-json/ Fajnie wyjaśnione. Jeszcze tu http://www.json.org/java/ Format ten wynika również z tego, że Stellarium jest na licencji GPL http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_General_Public_License Jak otwierasz ten plik w notatniku to masz gotowe dane.
